The car runs fine at an idle until it is warm, then it runs rough.

When was the last time you gave it a tune-up if its way overdue get it done.

Check the fuel pressure, oxygen sensor, idle air control valve and throttle position sensor and airflow meter to include the PCV and EGR valve
