Started up my car today to find that my CD player and the car's clock had stopped working. I assumed it was a fuse, but the fuse for these also controls the dome light and some other things, all of which are working fine. I checked the fuse just in case, and sure enough, it's fine. What else could be causing this problem?

One side of the fuse holder should have power to it-when key is in On position.if not you have an open circuit-no power input. Power there try tracing the ground circuit and do a voltage drop test on each power and ground circuit.
