My car makes a rattle/shake, loud noise when it is in drive or park, but not if it is in reverse or neutral. The noise gets very loud when I accelerate, then eases off once I am up to speed. When I start the car, it gives a bit of a jerk as well. This problem has only come about since the temperature has dipped to -10C (14F). Now that it is doing this, I remember that it was doing the same thing last winter, but it stopped doing it over the summer, and now that the temperature has dropped again, it has started up again.
