1991 Toyota Corolla Passenger side axle removal

The right side cv joints and bearings went on the car and it came apart at the motor when I tried to remove it. I cant get out the old axle where it enters into the transmission. Is there a pin I need to knock out or something Im missing?

Use a pry bar to separate left drive axle shaft from transaxle. Use a brass drift and hammer to separate right drive axle shaft from transaxle
