My 1989 corolla has a problem with the brakes locking up. when you start in the morning the brakes seem a little weak . Then going down the road about 10 miles I have a hard time to get the car to move because there is so much pressure on the brakes. it seems to be building up pressure. It has a new master cylinder and brake booster was put on thinking that was the problem. it is still doing it. what do I do Know?

It is a possible caliper locked or wheel cylinder.

Could also be that you have a brake line clogged. I would start by draining and flushing the entire system.
