My car has been checked for vacuum leaks. The hoses, the carburetor, intake manifold and various smog devices. I need to know where else a vacuum leak could be coming from.

Could be the vac hose to the brake booster or EGR valve-what make you think its a vacuum leak problem could be something else that's causing it.

Because my car runs great at an idle, but after it stays on for a certain amount of time and then I turn it off, when I turn it back on after 15 minutes it runs like crap. I had someone check it out, and they tried every other thing that they could think of and came to that conculsion. If you have any other ideas on where or what to do to fix this problem of mine, I would really appreciate it very much.
