Hello! On my '04 Toyota Celica GT 71000 miles, 1.8 engine, One of the lower fog or driving lights mounted under the main headlight assembly in the bumper is burned out. Please let me know how I can access the housing to replace the H-3 halogen bulb. Thanks very much.......(donation made)
