does it do this only with a cold engine? If so try the electronic coolant temp sensor (ECT).

Hello there kid, long time no see you in here huh!

Have you considered checking up on your accelerator cable if its binding in the sleeve, also for a TB plate all coked-up with nasty stuff

You sure you don't have a vacuum leak somewhere that opens up when the engine is cold and when it heats up it closes-start spraying it after you hit the key.and when you hit the sweet spot it will react this is where your bad friend is located. Go do it.

My brother magicman gave you a head start on the ECT, that one controls the fuel enrichment during the inital cold start when the computer don't see the correct signal from it,it will lock it in open loop mode-meaning the ECM will be dumping fuel when its not needed, also w/n tell the Snitchers to take over the A/F mixture meaning the oxygen sensor in closed loop.

You learn again-from the old timers-don't worry magicman is my younger brother we're here together to help people like you.

Its nearly 6mos. since the last time I seen you in here. Look at my signature, if you could-do it we need help here.
