I have a 1996 Celica 2.2 with 66k miles. It overheated due to blockage in the radiator and warped the head. I just finished installing a new head gasket and got the head resurfaced. Everything is put back together correctly (I took pictures when disassembling). When I start the car, it immediatly jumps to 3000 RPMs and stays there, no matter how long it runs for. I'm 99.9% sure all the vaccuum lines are correct, and I am positive that there is no vaccuum leak in the plenum/throttle body area. Any ideas?
