so ive tried to read on the post on here as well as others to help with my issue..my 2002 celica has automatic doors, i have to insert the key to unlock my doors including the trunk,so in other words manully do it. ive checked the fuses (each one of them) and nothing appears to be blown.i removed the plugs to the battery and still same issue. when i press the lock button you can hear as if they lock but when you look at the indicator on the doors it's still open. when i press the lock button in the car or on my key alarm you can see the driver side door lock tryin to move but doesnt close and on the passenger nothing happens, any ideas with this would help me alot

Hi you need to remove the door panels the locks have a little motor .something is causing this motor not to be able to move the lock lever possibly lubricating these controls inside the door panel will loosen them up

you need to be able to move these lock controls freely with your hand
