I just put in a new battery on my celica that has been sitting for over a year now and it won't turn over. It makes a clicking noise that is coming from the dash it appears and a steady struggle on turning over. I have checked all the fuses and tried to make sure the alarm wasn't on, but not sure if I did turn it off or not. Any suggestions?
