Either the door lock actuator motor is faulty or its linkages are dislodged.

My 2000 toyota celica has a problem with the power lock on the driver's side. It has keyless entry. When you try to unlock or lock the car, the driver's side has to be manually locked or unlockedr's alarm still works though.
