1994 Toyota Celica drive axles removel

I cant get the axles out of transmisson i dont see any bolts holding them in or a retainig pin to hold axle ive pryed them put i dont want to brake anything. am i missing something like lining up arrows or something or do i have to pry them out with alot of force. thank you frank.

Hi there,

These shafts are held in with an "C" clip on the end of the shaft, they can be stubborn to shift but they should pop it you work around the end (lever) evenly try turning the shaft and gently lever alternative spots it should pop.
