When I turn the key to the on position there is no electrical power. The only things that work are my fuel pump, headlights and hazards. The wipers, alternator, dash clock, radio, turn signals, and the a/C unit all do not work. All do not have power. I have tried new terminals, ground wires engine, main relay and it has a brand new starter. It is not the battery or terminals because the head lights and horn work to their full potential.

Hi snowboardpink14, Welcome to 2carpros

Lets check and test the fusible links in the fuse link box before and after the link. If all okay test the ignition switch and get back with some results.

Get a test light and find the fusible link box. The links are the colored squared looking boxes-you might have to remove the box to check it-Let me know before we start on the ignition switch.

It sounds like you are not getting power to the ignition switch. Here is a guide to help you check and the wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and which wires to test:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

I am also having the same issue with my 92 Celica. The only thing working is horn, headlights and hazard. No turn signal, not even brake lights. I have checked the fusible links, and all are good. Please help.

It turned out to be the 100-amp alt fusible link. It had continuity with the multimeter but no voltage. Replaced and running fine.
