my son changed the coil pack and now when you start the car in is idleing at 5000 rpm
what woould make it do that

he must have messed up the throttle linkage and the throttle is being held wide open.

Toyota Celica 1990.It stop runing i cheact the sparkplaugs,one was burnt.I tryed starting it wont start.I change the coil,I the car start,and its RMPs is racing to 5000s.what can i do fo fix it, and what can make it do that ?
