Hi. My problem started when the car died on the highway. Clutch pedal wouldn't respond. Got it towed home, and I replaced the clutch slave cylinder. Clutch pedal back to normal. but now the car wont start. Checked the fuel pump, filter, lines, injectors...all seem fine, fuel getting to everything, still no starting. What am I missing?

If you mean the starter doesn't even try to engage, then you must have failed to reinstall the clutch starter interlock switch. It's the switch that's responsible for keeping the engine from starting until the clutch pedal is depressed.

Other than that, you'll have to figure out if you have fuel and spark getting into the engine. That would usually mean a burnt fuse somewhere.
