You may try a pair of long needle nose pliers, it may come off in pieces and can take some time to get to the metal inside to pull it off. You can try one of the cheap razor knives that have the small snap off blades to try and cut the rubber isolation off. I have had several of these in the past. Once you get the plug wires off make sure that you use dieelectric grease on the new plug wires before installling to prevent the wires from melting the the spark plugs like the one's that are on your car now.
