How to change oil and oil filter in Toyota 2004 Camry LE? Also, where is the location of oil filter in the hood? At the end, do I need take the oil out first or the filter? Please send a step by step procedure to assist the naïve? Thanks.

g'day vish i usually drain the oil first then undo the filter. main thing to do is make sure the engine is warm when you do an oil change so that it is more effective in draining out properly. the filter is behind the engine and to the left looking from the front. best got at from underneath so go in from the driver side front wheel. i use a canvas belt wrapped around the filter to undo it. they tend to be hard to undo.check the old filter to make sure the old rubber seal came off with it. if not reach up and remove it from the fuel filter housing. smear oil around the new filter rubber seal and install it. good luck with it mate email me if you have problems :D
