External door handle

1998 Camry. The external door handle broke off when I tried to open my door. When I called the dealer they said it would cost $250 in parts and labor to replace. Any less costly suggestions?

well get it on the Junk yard, and replace it yourself...
its not that hard but be sure to get it the same color,
those handles are having a problem, they break so easy!

I have the same problem and so does my friend that has the same car. I know its cheaper to replace it from parts from a junk yard, but how do you go about replacing it? I looked at doing it but don't know where to start.
