vehicle has a p0401 egr insufficient flow code. has brand new toyota transducer, solenoid, egr valve, and map/boost sensor. egr ports are clean. egr tube has been removed and cleaned, and code is still returning.

Possible Causes
 Open or short in EGR gas temperature sensor circuit.
 Defective EGR gas temperature sensor.
 Vacuum hose disconnected or blocked.
 Open in vacuum switching valve (VSV) circuit for EGR.
 Defective EGR system.
 EGR valve stuck closed.
 Defective vacuum control valve.
 Defective ECM
