2003 Toyota Camry brake noise

i have a 2003 toyota camry and i replaced the front and rear brake pads and every time i apply the brakes the rear brakes makes a squeaking noise and the front brakes feels ruff.

Hi there,

you may need to machine the rotors, what type of pad did you use, normal, ceramic or organic? were they a discount store cheap pad?
