Transmission problem
2000 Toyota Camry V8 Automatic 108,00 miles

When I apply brakes, just before the car stops completely, it shudders and then stops. A brake technician told me that my transmission was slipping in thelower gears. I put in a half bottle of transmission slip repair liquid and it stopped for about 2 months. Now it is doing it again. Should I keep adding the fluid or does it need to be checked right away? My trans. fluid levels were high when I added the fixit solution. Could it just have two much fluid? Does it need to be drained?
Please advise what I should do!

yes it could be too high and of course that is what we want to check first. I would do a tranny service, which is :change the fluid and filter. see how it goes from there. let me know

Go get a test and report done, the longer you leave this the more it is likely to cost to repair, cans of fix it just don't work as a permanent solution.
