1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have 92,000 miles on 98 Camry 4 cylinder - just learned my 3rd water pump is leaking. Bought car new - always have it serviced on time - Each water pump had a very slight leak - at 34,000 miles and the 2nd at 59,000 miles and now the 3rd at 92,000 miles. Is this a problem with 98 Camry - can I add something to radiator to prevent this - is a sealer possible? thanks
