1998 Toyota Camry Front Brake Rotor Removal

I have a problem with removing the front rotors. I have removed the disk calipers and the rotors won't budge. Is there something special I need to know or a special tool? Maybe just more jentle pursuasion from a bigger hammer!

Is it on solid or loose and can not remove
after removing the caliper and pads and its bracket
a use of the hammer will help free it
