I CHANGE THE THERMOSTAT. I HAVE COOLANT ON THE RADIATOR. WHEN I PUT ON THE HEAT, I RECEIVE COOL AIR.
N.B. MY AIR CONDITIONER WORKS PERFECTLY
CAN YOU HELP ME TO DETERMINE THE CAUSES AND TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

The heater controls on the dash are known to fail as it the heater tap on the fire wall, have someone move the slider from cold to hot and see if the lever on the heater tap also moves all the way, if nothing happens, the quadrant will be faulty, if the heater tap works it may be a blocked heater core or a heater tap valve , with the heater on, both hoses should be hot to touch, check this out next.
