Dash Fuses located

my car dash panel,light are off i changed all light bulbs and still out of light,i checked the fuses box inside and by engine side and i dont found any fuse bad, do you think is the dash board or the light adjust control ( dimmer ), i dont know beside of those fuses box the car have another one. Thanks for you help.
