Temperature gauge hovers at or just above cold.
No leaks. Brown colored coolant. Mom's car, do not know when antifreeze was flushed or ever flushed.
Car has been garaged up until 2 years ago. Its cold outside. first time that this has happened.

Hi there ,

Start with flushing the coolant and make sure that you flush the heater core as well, replace the thermostat and see how that goes.
