1993 Toyota Camry Electrical issue

Everytime I apply the brakes when im coming to a stop my headlights dim down and then back up again. And it also looks like my lights should be brighter. It also does this when im rolling my windows up or down. Please help thanks a million.

Welcome to the forum, have the charging system checked. The alternator output is dependent on rpms to a point. Higher rpms, higher output to a point. When you come to a stop, alternator output is less because of lower rpms.
