1992 Toyota Camry where is the neutral safety switch locate

the problem of my car not starting is still happening, starter is good battery is new i have read that it maybe the neutral safety switch. where would this be located on my 92 camry with a 4 cyl
after i put in a new battery the car started right up i tried 3 times and it started each time. i went to get my daughter to go for a drive and it would not start, it would only dim the digital clock in the car, it does not dim anything else. also even with the starter removed it would dim the clock when i turned the key
