Vibrations during braking are usually caused by rotors running out of lateral. Though they have been replaced, we cannot rule out the possibilities.

At what driving speed does it occur?

Other possible causes are :

1. Worn steering linkages.
2. Bent wheel rims.
3. Uneven tires.
4. Worn ball joints.

Thank you for your quick response can you please explain to me what "rotors running out of lateral" means?

The speed does not seem to matter it happens going fast or slow when braking. When braking on a flat surface it is minimal but when coming down a hill it is bad.

Running out of lateral means the rotors have runout making them wvy when moving and when brakes are applied, the motion is transmitted to the vehicle and most noticeable the steering.

If the problem is occurring at low speeds, the rotors are less likely to be the cause.

The wheel and tires are quite likely to cause this problem.

Check the tire lug nuts torquing, looseness can cause the problem as well.

Check the wheel bearings and CV shaft central nut torquing .

Ok thank you the tires have been rotated and the lug nuts have already been checked and tightened.
