1992 Toyota Camry shaking

my 1992 camry just had a motor replacement and now when i drive it shakes like somthing is loose but if i smash the gas to make the transmission shifts it stops but sometime when i make it shifts it makes a loud squeeling noise andi release the pedal it stops and when i smash it again it down shifts and rides smoth it also make a loud squeeling noise in reverse if i mash the gas pedal hard can you help me?

Retension all belts and reinspect engine/tranny mounts. When was the last major tune-up? Not sure inspect and test ignition components-

It makes me think when engine was installed the torque convertor was not positioned into the pump
Thus the no shift without high rpm and the squeal.
Take it back and demand satification
