Engine Cooling problem

Good Sir, I own a camry 1992 v6. 3.0 engine, it started overheating when driving with or without AC in use, i changed the radiator following a recommendation from my mechanic, and it stops overheating without using AC. Now. the coolant throws up water from its hose when the AC is in use and that occurs whenever i stop or park the car. Please what could be the problem. I noticed that the AC condenser fan spins slowly, could that be a problem? why is it discharging water from the coolant's hose after stopping or parking. Please help me out with your expert advice. Thank you.
