1990 Toyota Camry shimmie, vibration

I have a 1990 Camry, the engine is strong, but it shakes in the front end when accelerating and goes away upon coasting, it also seems to pull to the left upon acceleration and comes back to the right upon letting of the gas. It does not pull at all while driving at constant speed and seems to track very well. It also has a little vibration in the steering wheel on acceleration. I am thinking a bad mount somplace but am not certian...Im lost on this one. Thanks

Could be a wheel alignment problem with the toe,camber, caster-In addition to wheel alignment, anything that creates unequal rolling resistance or friction side-to-side on a vehicle's suspension or brakes can make it steer crooked. This includes such things as underinflated tires, mismatched tires or dragging brakes.

Also could be a brake and engine/transmission mounts

Brand new tires, proper inflation, When driveing the car, it has a 5 speed manual trans, I will put it into 1st and go to take of, I can look out at the end of the hood and see the nose pull to the left as I accelerate, then as Im pushing in the clutch I can see the nose come back to front, then in second gear as im accelerating I see the nose go back to the left and so on and so on. Could an alignment do this. I have no clue this is the first front wheel drive i have ever owned. The vibration only occurs on acceleration not on the coasting. Thanks for your help.

Everytime you push the clutch in you're disconnecting the transmission from the engine. Go have the wheel alignment check.
