2002 Toyota Avensis Manual 190000 miles

engine manegment lite come on the car go slow and some time can't start the car atall no fuel coming from pump what could be the problem please tel me if u can

Do you hear the fuel pump come On when key at On position? If so check the fuel pressure-if not could be the fuel pump fuse/relay
