Rear window has started delaminating. Can this be repaired or do I need to replace the window? If replacement, what is the approximate cost? How involved is replacement?

Window delamination is usually cause for replacement. However, the glass industry has some pretty snazzy tricks to repair windshields, I recommend calling one in your vicinity to see if they can fix it. While you are on the phone with them, you can get pricing on your cars' glass. The work is not invasive and they will do the replacement on site at your convenience, usually in less than an hour. Also, check your insurance, it might pay for some of this. And thanks for using 2CarPros! ♥
