I have noticed a sudden increase in the noise of the heater fan in my 2000 Avalon XL, which has just over 60K miles. This started happening about 2 days ago. At lower speeds of 1 and 2, I don't notice it, but when turned up higher, the noise is really high - like a leaf blower noise. Haven't seen this happen before. Does the severe cold weather conditions in the East coast have anything to contribute to this?
