1998 Toyota Avalon where is the starter

I am wondering where the starter is for this vehicle and would it be easy for a novice to change like the old starters use to be.

If you have the proper tools, it is easy. Remove the battery, remove the cruise control actuator, then remove the starter. Same like old starters but easier to access.
