Sound in front passenger break in a 2001 4 runner

2001 Toyota 4 runner sr5 4x4...When applying the breaks, my Truck makes a sound like a small motor for a antenna or something running for a few seconds then a click. It only happens in the front passenger wheel. No abs lights come on, and breaking doesn't seem to be affected...help please...thanks in advance.
