I have developed a hissing under the dash

I had my brakes done at 70000 miles by Brakes Plus. I scored the right rotor very badly but Brakes Plus said they could machine it but it was close. After 10000 miles I have developed a hissing under the dash they say my booster is bad. thanks in advance.

Yes. Normally a hissing is a brake booster so I attached the instructions below on how to remove and install it.
