I have a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner, mileage: 134,236 mil. The sterring wheel is vibrating ( it felt like you are driving on a pavement) whenever I drive at a speed of 70+ mil/hr. I also felt like the front wheel is jumping but there is no way for me to confirm that. In the past, I tried to solve this problem by replacing the new front tires, balancing the wheel and front alignment done. It did not solve the problem. Is there any thing else that I can do ?
