I noticed the vibration while driving between 60 and 70 mph. I needed my breaks done and new tires put on my vehicle due to the excessive vibrations when applying brakes as well and figured that was part of the reason for the vibration that started while driving at these speeds. I had new pads and rotors put on the front. Resurfaced my drums and had new shoes put on the back. Plus 4 new tires put on. I continued to feel the vibration between 60 and 70 mph. The shop took my tires back off and rebalanced them again, however I continue to have this vibration. Please help

This may seem way off, but check your engine mounting bolts. I had a little car that had the same problem and I tried all the obvious repairs, but when I looked closely, one of my mounts was completely broken and one was damaged.
