1997 Toyota 4Runner Water in the engine

I have a 1997 4runner limited and for the past three days i have been noticing the water out of the radiator very low. I will fill it up and the next day it was low again, and then i notice the truck started shacking and trowing lots of smoke out the escape. When i checked the the engine fluid it seen like it had some water in it, i think all of the water is going into the engine. What can i do or what should i do. Thank you for all your help.
