Sunroof adjustment

I read the instructions on replacement of the 2003 4runner sunroof. I need to know how to adjust my 1997 sunroof. I replaced the drive cables put it all back together and I need direction on how to adjust it all to get it to work as it should.

Hello,

The first adjustment is when the sunroof is all the way closed the motor and cables should be taught but not over tight. It will open and work correctly from there. HEre are some diagrams showing the sunroof motor and adjustments.
