My Toyota 4 runner runs very rough at idle speeds when warm, the oil pressure gauge drops almost to 0 and the truck tries to quit running. I had to replace the engine, new engine has 5k miles on it, I'm not sure what's wrong. Would the low oil pressure cause it to run rough? I have been looking for a vacuum leak but can't find one.

Clean and test the idle air control valve/EGR valve and test the throttle position sensor and airflow meter.
