I just put a new battery into my vehicle. Now it wont start and none of the lights/electronics will come on. I know it's installed correctly. Would could the problem be?

No..it was installed correctly

You likely either have a connection problem with one of the cables or it burned out one of the main fuses for some reason.
Make sure you don't have a security system that is locking you out from being reset.
