i wouldnt reccomend using a torch unless u have tried every other possible way... and if u do end up heating the pulley to get it off, throw it out... once super heated, they are no good... try using a small 2 arm puller... there may be just enough room behind the pulley to grab onto, and see if u can pull it off the crank that way....if the puller can grab it, but it still wont come off, once u get a bunch of load on the puller screw, hit it with a hammer to "shock" it... this sometimes will loosen up a stubborn pulley...
