Engine Performance problem
1987 Toyota 4Runner 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual Alot miles

My problem is I go to start my truck and usually it takes a couple of minutes for it to run . ,but when it does it runs great ... could it be the cold start valve or what ?? I checked they fuel injection pressure regulator and it seems to be fine .. could you give me any ideas of what it might be ??
