I just bought my 4runner a few days ago and noticed the rear widow won't go down, either does the previous owner. I checked the fuses and i haven't check for any shorts in any wires but it seems as if the wires may have gotten cut, but the latch light comes on when i depress the switch in the tailgate. Any suggestions?
