Towing lights left turn signal does not work

Right turn signal works running lights work both sides brake light on right on right side works left side does not flash. checked fuse and ground put meter on it and i have power but the power does not beak.

Hello,

There are seven fuses that run the system we should check those first and if okay I would replace the flasher module. here is the location of the fuses and module along with the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which fuses to check:
