Torque specs for upper and lower intake manifold needed

Lower intake is 89 inch pounds in two stages 40 - 89 pattern in first image.
Upper is 2 stages as well, 89 inch pounds then 45 degrees pattern in second image.
Rail and injector bolts are 89 inch pounds.
EGR tube fittings are 30 FT lbs.
